Order Confirmation & Processing Time

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Since each set is handcrafted with care, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and pack your order before shipping it out.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can follow its journey straight to you!

Shipping Times & Potential Delays

We provide estimated shipping times, but sometimes delays happen due to customs, courier issues, or other unexpected hiccups. While we’ll always do our best to help, these factors are unfortunately out of our control.

Once your package is shipped, it’s off on its own little adventure, and while we’ll assist where we can, we can’t be responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
